Education & Training

Cheyanne Mulligan is a proud wife and mother of three beautiful daughters, ages 10, 10, and 7. A lifelong resident of Berkeley County, West Virginia, she is deeply rooted in her community and passionate about serving local families.

Cheyanne works with Berkeley County Schools in the Transportation Department office, where she supports the daily operations that help students get to and from school safely. She has been an active executive board member of her local PTA unit for the past five years, serving in a variety of roles and contributing her time and talents to strengthen her school community. She also serves as the Read Aloud Coordinator for her school, helping foster a love of reading and connection among students through her school’s Read Aloud program.

Cheyanne currently serves on the West Virginia State PTA Board of Managers as Vice President Membership Chair. She is honored to take on this important role and is excited to support membership growth and engagement across the state.

Cheyanne joined PTA with the goal of being actively involved in her children’s education and building meaningful relationships with the educators who help shape their futures. Along the way, she has had the privilege of inspiring and nurturing many children through PTA programs. She believes deeply in the power of investing in the next generation and holds that impact close to her heart. Supporting and uplifting children is her greatest passion.
