DESCRIPTION:Regional Training helps PTA leaders feel confident\, connected and ready to lead.\nThrough interactive sessions\, virtual gatherings and networking opportunities\, officers can learn how PTA works\, share ideas and gain practical tools to support a successful local PTA.\nRegional Training also helps leaders stay informed on current policies\, programs and best practices throughout the year.\nNeed additional support? One-on-one guidance sessions can also be scheduled to help answer questions and support your PTA’s unique needs.\nWV PTA conducts yearly Regional training during the months of August and September each year.  Sessions are conducted in-person and virtual in each region.  Stay tuned to our social media pages and website for dates and times.

Convention is a time to connect with other PTA members that allows for networking and sharing of ideas.Convention is also a time to be educated on your roles as a PTA volunteer\, officer and advocate for your school.Convention is also a time to learn new things and be inspired by our trainers\, speakers\, leaders\, and content.Convention is also a time for your PTA team to connect with each other and start thinking about next year’s events and activities. Who should attend? Current officers and/or future officers and any PTA member. Did you know that convention registration is an approved budgeted item for your PTA?
