Janelle Sperry

Chris Wuest holds the position of Treasurer and has served on the Board of Managers since 2013. She is available to all units to answer questions regarding recordkeeping, banking, financial reviews, and helps keep our units in compliance with WV State PTA and IRS requirements. She has also held the office of Eastern Regional Director and 1st Vice President of Bylaws. After moving to Martinsburg in 2009, she joined the PTA at her daughter’s intermediate school, assisting the president and learning about PTA.

Chris received a Star Volunteer Award for Berkeley County along with the West Virginia Honorary Life Membership that year. She served as president of the PTSA for 3 years while her daughter attended middle school. She has also served as president of the Berkeley County Council PTA for several terms and is the current Treasurer. She and her husband, Christopher, have been married for 31 years. She enjoys cooking, puzzles, and spending time with her husband and visiting her 2 adult children who live out of state as often as possible.
